COUNTERMEASURES ON SUSTAINABLE UTILIZATION OF LAND RESOURCES IN SOUTHWEST AREA

土地是一种稀缺性资源和重要经济要素 ,在社会经济发展中具有不可替代的作用。包括云、贵、川、渝在内的西南地区 ,是我国中西部地区的一个特殊经济区域 ,其地貌类型特征 ,对土地资源的开发利用 ,具有自身独有的特点、问题、利弊因素和运作规律。对其认真分析和深入探索 ,采取新的高效合理的利用对策与措施 ,不仅有利于推动本地区农业资源合理开发和经济社会协调发展 。

Land, as one of the rare resources and an important economic factor, plays an unsubstitutable role in the development of society and economy. Southwest area, including Yunan, Guizhou, Sichuan Provinces and Chongqing City, is a special economic region of the middle and western China,and has its own features, problems, advantages and disadvantages as well as operation regularities in exploitation and utiliaztion of land resources. Employing reasonable and effective new countermeasures based on serious analysis and deep probe not only is useful for promoting the suitable exploitation of agricultural resources and harmonic development of society and economy, but also exerts positive effectiveness on the economic construction in this whole area and on the establishment of model for the nation and the social progress.
