不同活性物质对精子运动性及受精率的影响 被引量:3

Effect of different Active Substance on Sperm Mobility and Fertilization Ability

摘要 在处理牛体外受精的精子时分别添加咖啡因、茶碱和己酮可可碱三种黄嘌呤活性物质,在提高精子运动性方面,以己酮可可碱成绩较高,随着时间的延长茶碱成绩较高,但是试验组和对照组差异不显著。在受精率方面,除添加己酮可可碱与对照组有显著差异外,其它均无显著差异。虽然不同种公牛的精子运动性存在差别,但受精率没有显著差异。
