摘要
针对鹤壁环燕轮胎有限责任公司(以下简称鹤壁环燕公司)生产的部分农用胎及部分轻型载重胎胎里帘线断裂的问题,从使用和技术两方面作了分析,从施工设计给予改进,并从工艺上加以控制和优化。施工设计上,帘线假定伸张值δ1不同程度作了降低,改变了以前按传统设计思路,设计的半成品胎面尺寸,增大了胎体强度,减小了胎冠帘线角,适当提高了反包高度,帘布筒采用等周长设计等措施;工艺上,严格控制裁断的角度和宽度,在成型上,严格控制帘布筒周长,严格控制设备精度等措施。结果使因胎里帘线断裂而退赔的轮胎数量大幅度降低。
Aiming at the tyre cavity cords break in some agriculturtral tyres and light truck tyres,we analyzed the problems in both using and techniques,optimized the construction and process design.In the construction design,we reduced the pretended tension of cord δ1 accordingly,altered the size of semimanufactured tyre' tread,increased the instension of the tyre,decreased the crown cord angle,raised the height of turnup properly,adopted the equal perimeter design in cords cylinder.In the process design,we strictly controlled the cutting angle and width;In building process,we strictly controlled the perimeter cylinder and the equipment's precision.The result is that the amout of the tyres in which cords break occurred that we had to pay compensation greatly decreased.
