摘要
结合东深供水改造工程全线供水系统的特点 ,介绍了工程所采用的过程控制软件 ,即对过程控制的操作界面、过程控制参数进行设置 ,实现各种控制功能的逻辑关系 ,完成各种调节功能的数学运算 ;重点描述实现工程关键控制功能的控制逻辑和数学模型。控制逻辑主要作用有两方面。一是作用于相关泵站的泵组直接停机 ;二是对相关泵站的流量给定值作出修改 ,然后调节泵站的流量 ;数学模型主要包括水位调节模型和流量确定模型。
According to the all-line water-supply system properties of Dongshen water supply improvement project, the article introduces that the process control softwar, it may carry out logic relation of each control function, and may complete mathmatic operation of each adjustment function by intercalating the operating means and the parameters of the process control. The author emphasizedly describes the control logic and the mathmatic model of carrying out the key control function of the project. The control logic includes two mostly function: acting on the interrelated pumping stations directly stops running, and modifying the given flow rate of the pumping stations adjusts the flow rate of pumping station. The mathmatic model mostly includes the water level regulation model and the flow rate determination model.
