摘要
本研究采用RT_PCR方法成功地获得了 3个鸽I型副粘病毒广东分离株 (P4、P5和P7的F基因片段。经测序表明 ,基因片段长度均为 12 90bp ;经序列分析发现 ,毒株P4与NDV标准株LaSota和C30的同源性最高 ,达到 99 4 % ;而毒P5、P7与LaSota和C30的同源性相对较低 ,为 83%。从建立的系统发育树可看出 ,毒株P4与NDV标准株LaSota和C30有很近的亲缘关系 ,而毒株P5、P7与NDV标准株LaSota和C30的亲缘关系相对较远。
RT-PCR was used to amplify the F gene fragment of three isolates of Pigeon Paramyxovirus type 1 in Guangdong. The result of sequencing assay indicated the F gene fragment of three PPMV-1 isolates consisted of 1 290 bp(not including the sequence of the primers).The sequences of the three PPMV-1 isolates were compared with several NDV standard strains.The result revealed the homology between isolate P4 and NDV standard strains(La Sota and C30)was extremely high,99.4 %,However,there was lower homology for isolates P5 and P7 Compared with La Sota and C30,83 %.The phylogenetic tree indicted isolate P4 was very closely akin to NDV strains La Sota and C30 while isolates P5 and P7 were relatively farther akin to them.
