摘要
目的 :研究CAD/CAM制作的氧化铝玻璃渗透底层冠粘结后的破裂强度 ,为临床应用提供依据。方法 :氧化铝玻璃渗透陶瓷底层冠内表面经喷砂处理后 ,用Calibra树脂粘结剂粘结于制备的离体牙 ,采用不同加载头测试破裂强度。结果 :不同加载头所测破裂强度有显著差异 ,平面加载头所测强度 (70 5 .93± 10 6 .9N )高于圆弧形加载头所测值 (45 5 .0 5± 10 4.0 4N )。结论 :氧化铝玻璃渗透陶瓷底层冠的强度高于口腔内的正常牙合力范围 ,可达到日常咀嚼食物要求的强度 ,但提示修复体应有足够空间。
Objective: To study on fracture toughness of glass infiltrated ceramic inner crowns which were manufactured by CAD/CAM and bonded to the prepared teeth ,and to provide basis for further clinical application. Method: Inner surfaces of glass infiltrated ceramic crowns were sandblasted, then bonded to the etched dentin surface of prepared teeth with Calibra resin bonding agents. Fracture toughness was tested with flat and arc shaped crossing heads. Result: There was significant difference between the fracture toughness under different cross heads. Fracture toughness under plat shaped crossing head( 705.93± 106.96N) was higher than that under arc shaped crossing head( 455.05± 104.04N). Conclusion: Fracture toughness of glass infiltrated ceramic inner crown was higher than the normal biting force, could obtain the strenghth required for chewing normal foods. But adequate space should be prepared for the restoration. [
