低度恶性涎腺多形性腺癌hTERT的表达

hTERT experssion in polymorphous low-grade adenocarcinoma of minor salivary gland

目的 :研究端粒酶逆转录酶 (humantelomerasereversetranscriptase ,hTERT)在低度恶性多形性腺癌中的表达及其意义。方法 : 原位杂交方法检测 13例低度恶性多形性腺癌及癌旁正常腺体组织中hTERT表达情况。结果 :9例初发肿瘤、4例复发肿瘤和癌旁正常组织hTERT阳性表达率分别为 78%(7/9) ,75 %(3/4)和 8%(1/13) ,癌旁正常腺体组织hTERT表达率低于肿瘤中hTERT表达 (p <0 .0 5 ) ;初发和复发肿瘤hTERT相比无差异 (p >0 .0 5 )。结论 :hTERT在多形性低度恶性腺癌中呈高表达 ,hTERT在初发及复发的多形性低度恶性腺癌中表达无差异。

Objective:To investigate the expression of human telomerase reverse transcriptase gene (hTERT) in polymorphous low-gracde adenocarcinoma (PLGA).Method:the expression of hTERT gene were detected in 13 cases of PLGA by in situ hybridization.Result:the rate of hTERT expression in 9 cases primary PLGA, 4 reccurent PLGAs , normal gland tissures adjacent to carcinoma was 78%(7/9), 75% (3/4) and 8%( 1/13) respectively.Conclusion:hTERT expression in PLGA was up-regulated, but no significant correlation of hTERT expression between primary and recurrent PLGAs was found.
