生产实习——一项复杂的系统工程

Field Work-A Piece of Complicated System Engineering

用系统工程的方法来分析生产实习中的各元素 ,构成一个层次清楚、结构鲜明的系统工程图。从系统工程图 ,找到提高生产实习质量和效果的途径 ,从而提出生产实习的改革方案 ,[1] 在生产实习中增加产学研结合的内容、生产实习的深化和合理化建议的可行性。

Framework figure of systems engineering for technical field work was formed by method of systems engineering with analyzing each element of the field work. Approach of the better quality and effect for technical field work were obtained from framework figure of systems engineering. Reform projects for technical field work were proposed such as production-teaching-research combination added into technical field work,technical field work deepened,and feasibility of the rationalization suggestion and so on.
