摘要
本文提出了以三氯甲烷为流动相(1m1/min),在柱室50℃,紫外检测波长252nm处,在硅胶吸附色谱柱上,用高效液相色谱法定性定量分析苯乙烯、苯甲醛、苯乙酮、苯乙醇和苯甲醇混合物的方法。分离度均大于0.84,修正百分率法的平均回收率为96.5%—102.0%,相对平均偏差均小于5.1%.
This paper discussed a method for qualitative and quantitativeanalysis of styrene and its oxidizing products by high performarce liquidchromatography,at Column oven 50℃.UV dector 252nm,on CLC—SiL withchloroform as mobile phase.Resolution is larger than 0.84,average rate ofrecovery is 96.5—102.0%,average relativ deviation is less than 5.1% incorrected normalization method.
