摘要 介绍了RFCC进料乳化工艺实验室研究。应用亲油亲水平衡理论 ,模拟工业生产装置 ,筛选出分散剂和乳化剂的类型及用量。试验证明 ,带有一定量亲水基团、用量在 4 %的分散剂与用量在1.6‰、原油亲水平衡值 (HLB)为 7.4 5的复合乳化剂是最佳匹配 ;搅拌机转速大于 2 0 0 0r/min、时间 30min、温度 80℃是最佳操作条件。在上述条件时 ,物系在 80℃下稳定时间大于 7天 ;0 .3MPa下高温汽化温度 12 0℃ ;粒径小于 5 μm。 The studies of emulsifying technology which used in the feed of RFCC are introduced by applying HLB balance theory and simulating the equipments of producing in industry.The types and volume of dispersing and emulsifying agent were obtained. The experiments show that when the proportion of dispersing agent containing hydrophilic radical is 4%, the proportion of compositing emulsifying agent is 1.6‰,and HLB value is 7.45, the charge ratio is the best; The optimum operating conditions are that the rotational speed of mixer is 2000r/min,the mixing time is 30 min and the temperature is 80℃. On the above-mentioned conditions, the system will not emerge water in 7 days, the evaporation temperature is 120℃ under pressure of 0.3MPa and the diameter of the particle is no more than 5μm ?
