摘要
利用毛细管色谱柱及脉冲火焰光度检测器对中石化济南分公司生产的液化气中的硫化物进行了鉴定 ,共检测出 9种硫化物 ,并查明了最终进入聚丙烯装置的精丙烯中残留的硫化物的形态及含量。与现有的微库仑仪定硫法及配有原子发射光谱检测器的气相色谱定硫法相比 ,该方法具有操作简便、灵敏度高等优点 ,适于炼厂液化气及其它气体中微量硫化物的分析鉴定。
An determination method for trace sulfur compounds in LPG has been developed by means of GC-PFPD with the Gaspro capillary column. Using this method there are nine sulfur compounds in LPG have been detected. They are respectively carbonyl sulfide(COS), hydrogen sulfide(H 2S), methyl mercaptan(CH 3SH), ethyl mercaptan(CH 3CH 2SH), dimethyl sulfide(CH 3SCH 3), propyl mercaptan(CH 3CH 2CH 2SH), dimethyl disulfide(CH 3-S-S-CH 3), methyl ethyl disulfide(CH 3-S-S-CH 2CH 3) and diethyl disulfide(CH 3CH 2-S-S-CH 2CH 3). Compared with the gas chromatography-atomic emission detector (GC-AED) and oxidized-microcoulometric analytical method, this method is an easy, accurate and effective one for determining the morphology of sulfur compounds and measuring the concentration of trace sulfur compounds in LPG or other gases.
