摘要
报道一种基于半导体制冷的微型真空冷冻干燥实验仪器,经初步测试,在输入功率低于70W条件下,可达到-70℃低温,当样品台载有小量液体时可在10min内降至-60℃。该仪器可用于实验室中对小量生物样品进行真空冷冻干燥保存的研究,也可在其它需要良好控制降温和升温的低温生物医学实验中得到应用。仪器具有可控温度范围宽、响应速度快、结构简单、操作方便等优点。该文还使用该仪器对水滴的冷冻和真空升华情况进行了试验研究。
This paper reports development and initial test result of a minivacuum freeze dryer based on thermoelectric effect.The lowest temperature of the cooling stage can reach 70 ℃ with input power under 70 W,small sample of liquid can be cooled to -60 ℃in 10 minutes.The apparatus has a wide controllable temperature range,fast response time,simple structure and is easy to manipulate.It can be used to investigate freeze drying process of small biosamples,and other cryobiology experiments that require programmable cooling and warming process.
