摘要
针对酸化废水COD去除处理难度较高的特点 ,提出对酸化废水进行固化处理。通过固化实验研究 ,得出了固化处理配方。即水泥基固化配方为水泥 35 % (ω) ,石灰 10 % (ω) ,粉煤灰 2 0 % (ω) ;石灰基固化配方为石灰 35 % (ω) ,水泥 15 % (ω) ,粉煤灰 10 % (ω ,下同 )。实验结果表明 ,酸化废水经固化处理后 ,固化物稳定性好 。
The solidification treatment has been researched because of the difficulty in removing COD in the acidulated wastewater and the effective formulations are obtained. The formulation of solidification based on cement consists of 35% cement,10% lime and 20% pulverized coal ash (percentage by mass). The formulation of solidification based on lime consists of 35% lime,15% cement and 10% pulverized coal ash (percentage by mass).The results show that the products of solidification are stable and the concentration of COD and Cr 6+ in the leachate can meet the national standard.
