摘要
碳酸二乙酯是绿色的化工原料和合成中间体 ,具有很高的工业应用价值 ,它的合成受到国内外研究者的极大重视。本文简述了近些年来碳酸二乙酯合成方法的研究进展 ,介绍了光气法、酯交换法、氧化羰基化法、脱羰基法、二氧化碳直接合成法以及生化法的优缺点 ,并着重介绍了乙醇氧化羰基合成法。
Diethyl carbonate(DEC) is an important substance as environmental benign intermediate and raw material in chemical industry. Its synthesis attracts much attention worldwide. In this paper, the synthetic methods of DEC through phosgene, ester exchange, oxidative carbonylation, decarbonylation, carbon dioxide synthesis and biochemical technique were discussed. It mainly laid stress on the research of oxidative carbonylation of ethanol to DEC.
