摘要
本文在分析教师职业专业性特征的基础上 ,探讨了很多仍未将其视为专门性职业的原因。作者认为 :教师专业化是提高教师地位的必由之路 ,也只有大力提高教师的专业化程度 ,才能真正提高教师的地位。最后提出了提高教师专业化程度的几种措施。
This paper makes an analysis of the characteristics of the teaching profession and the reason why many people fail to recognize the teacher's job as a special profession. It is the author's belief that professionalization is the only way to raise teachers' social position, and the higher level of professionalization, the higher social position. In addition, several measures are proposed for raising teachers' professionalization.
