摘要
目的:观察补阳还伍汤对实验性心肌梗死的影响。方法:在大鼠心肌梗死模型上观察补阳还伍汤的作用。结果:补阳还伍汤能显著减少心肌梗死面积,降低血浆内皮素水平。结论:补阳还伍汤对心肌梗死的保护作用与降低血浆内皮素水平有关。
Objective: To observe the effects of Buyanghuanwu Decoction on experimental myocardial infarction. Methods: Therapeutic effect of Buyanghuanwu Decoction was observed on the models of rats myocardial infarction. Results: Myocardial infarction area and endothelin level during rat myocardial infarction were lowered by Buyanghuanwu Decoction remarkably. Conclusion: The inhibitory function of Buyanghuanwu Decoction on endothelin release might be one of the most protective mechanism against myocardial ischemia.
