摘要
目的:建立五味子的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为ODS柱,以甲醇-水梯度洗脱,检测波长254nm,柱温30%℃。结果:标示出14个共有峰。结论:此法简便准确、重显性好,为提高五味子质量控制标准提供了参考依据。
Objective: To establish the method of fingerprint analysis on schisandra fruit by HPLC. Methods: The HPLC method was used , chromatography condition were ODS column, CH3 OH - H2 O system as mobile phase, detective wavelength at 254nm, column temperature30℃. Results: 14 peaks on the HPLC fingerprint ofschisandra fruit were marked. Conclusion: The method is accurate, simple and can be used as a quality control method for schisandra fruit.
