本文提出了一种新的珩齿方法 :环面蜗杆珩齿法 ,分析了用齿轮式的金刚石修整滚轮对蜗杆珩轮进行修形的机理 ,并用自制的金刚石修形轮在Y4 732珩齿机上进行了修形及加工试验。

The author puts forward a new method:honing with a globoid like honing worm,and analyzed the principle of honing worm profiling using a diamond dressing gear,Then,do the experiments in Y4732 honing machine with diamond dressing gear that made by ourselves.
