通络救脑注射液对脑缺血大鼠脑皮质梗塞灶Glu及其NMDA受体表达的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的 :观察通络救脑注射液对脑缺血大鼠脑皮质梗塞灶Glu及其NMDA受体表达的影响。方法 :采用三氯化铁致大脑中动脉血栓形成大鼠脑缺血模型 ,免疫组织化学方法及图像分析 ,统计使用t检验。结果 :模型组大鼠脑皮质梗塞灶Glu及其NMDA受体表达与假手术对照组比较明显增强 ,通络救脑注射液各组大鼠脑皮质梗塞灶Glu及其NMDA受体表达与模型组比较明显降低。结论 Objective: To research Tongluo Jiunao injection's effects on glutamic acid (Glu) and the expression of Glu's NMDA receptor in cerebral cortical infarction in rat with cerebral ischemia. Methods: Ferric trichloride was used to make middle cerebral artery thrombosis and build up the model of cerebral ischemia rat. Using the methods like immunohistochemistry, image analysis, and T-test a Statistic method. Results: In the model group, the expression of Glu and its NMDA receptor in the area of cerebral cortial infarction enhanced significantly compare with control group; in Tongluo Jiunao injection group, the expression decreased obviously compare to model group. Conclusion: Tongluo Jiunao injection can decrease the expression of Glu and its NMDA receptor in cerebral cortical infarction in rat with cerebral ischemia.
