摘要
对离散条件下数字图像矩不变量的旋转和尺度不变性进行分析,证实了图像识别中采用的矩不变量存在较大变化范围.针对矩不变量变化的主要原因,给出了改进方法,并用实验加以验证.
The rotation and scale invariance of moment invariants under discrete condition are analyzed in this paper. It is proved that the moment invariants used in image recognition move in a large range. For the reasons of the variance of moment invariants, a method is proposed, and the results are confirmed by experiment.
