摘要
应用 Mn3+ / Mn2 +氧化还原中介体系 ,间接电氧化对二甲苯合成对甲基苯甲醛。研究了电解条件及合成条件对电流收率的影响 ,优化了试验条件。对甲基苯甲醛产率为 74 .90 % ,电流收率为 6 5 .5 %。实现了电解媒质的循环使用 ,无废液排放 。
The indirect electrosyntheses of p-tolualdehyde by using Mn 3+/Mn 2+redox couple were studied.The technical conditions of electrogenerating Mn 3+ and the experiment conditions of oxidizing p-xylene were studied.The yields of p-tolualdehyde were 74.9%.The current recovery was 65.5%.The solution of reaction can be used circularly.And no wastes were produced.
