摘要
早稳型水稻是一种新型的杂交水稻 ,它由三倍体与二倍体杂交产生的F2 代的稳定株系选育而成 ,具有新颖性、可遗传的早代稳定等特点 ,其F2 代稳定这一特异现象难以用经典的遗传学理论解释 ,现有的研究表明一种特殊的基因控制着早代稳定的遗传 ,但对这一特殊的基因有待进一步的研究证实。目前对这种新型杂交水稻的深入研究在胚胎学、细胞学、遗传学等方面都存在着许多困难 ,尽管如此 ,早稳型水稻在选育新品种、不育系。
Early generation stability rice was a new kind of hybrid rice, which derived from the F 2 stability plant lines of the cross between triploid ×diploid. It possessed some special characteristics such as novelty and inheritable stability in early generation. The special phenomenon of F 2 generation of the stability was hardly explained by the classic genetics theories, but present studies indicated that certain special genes controlled the inheritance of the early generation stability, and the special genes need to be identified further. To date, it is difficult to deeper research the new kind of hybrid rice. Anyway, early generation stability rice will play an important role not only on breeding new varieties, sterile lines, preserver lines and restorer lines of rice, but also on fixing wide heterosis.
