摘要
对带较长船楼上层建筑的船体立体分段钢质模型进行了弯曲试验 ,分别研究了以下三种结构状态下 ,船楼结构参与船体总纵弯曲时的应力分布 :( 1 )完整船楼 ;( 2 )切除船楼端部侧壁板和纵向骨架 ,保留肋骨框架 ;( 3 )仅将船楼端部侧壁板切割分离 ,保留纵横骨架。得出了较长船楼端部侧壁板切割分离可大大减小船楼上层建筑参与船体总纵弯曲的程度 。
The bending experiment is carried out upon a three dimensional steel model of a ship with long superstructure, to find out the change of substructure effect on the gross longitudinal bending, especially when the sidewall plates at the head and tail of the substructure are removed. This experiment includes three parts: (1) sub1: the superstructure is intact; (2) sub2: the side wall plate and longitudinal framework at the head and the tail of the substructure are removed but the ribs in that area are remained; (3) sub3: the side wall plates at the head and the tail of the substructure are cut apart but the framework in that area is remained. The strain distribution of sub2 shows the measure can shorten the length of the substructure, which exactly takes part in the gross longitudinal bending, so as to reduce the degree that the substructure takes part in the gross longitudinal bending. The condition that this reduction happens is that the ratio of the height of the plate removed to the height of substructure is more than 83.3 percents. The results of sub3 shows the descend of the degree that the substructure takes part in the gross longitudinal bending also happens. The strain distributions all over the ship measured in sub2 and sub3 are almost the same.
