氯化三胺甘氨酸复方消毒剂杀菌效果及毒性试验观察 被引量:9

摘要 氯化三胺甘氨酸复方消毒剂是以氯化三胺甘氨酸为主要成分的消毒剂,采用载体定量杀菌试验和动物毒性试验对其杀灭微生物效果及毒性进行了测试。结果,含3.0g/L氯化三胺甘氨酸水溶液,分别作用1min和2min,对布片上的大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌平均杀灭率为99.95%;用6.0g/L的该消毒液作用10min,对白色念珠菌杀灭率为99.99%;杀菌作用随有机物浓度增加而下降;以120g/L氯化三胺甘氨酸溶液擦拭消毒作用3min,对皮肤上自然菌的平均消除率达90%以上。在54℃恒温箱内放置14d,氯化三胺甘氨酸含量下降6.50%。小鼠经口LD_(50)>5000mg/kg(体重),对皮肤刺激反应积分均值为0,小鼠蓄积系数K>5。结果显示,该复方消毒剂对细菌繁殖体和酵母菌有良好的杀灭作用,稳定性好,属实际无毒,对皮肤无刺激,弱蓄积毒性,可用作皮肤黏膜消毒。 The compound disinfectant of triamine chloride glycine is a disinfectant with triamine chloride glycine as its main ingredient. Its germicidal efficacy and toxicity were examined using carrier quantitative germicidal test and animal toxicity test. The results showed that the average killing rate of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus on cloth strips exposed to the water solution contaiming 3.0 g/ L triamine chloride glycine for 1 min and 2 min respectively was 99.95%, and the killing rate of Candida albicans exposed to 6.0 g/ L disinfectant solution for 10 min was 99.99%. Its germicidal efficacy decreased with increasing the concentration of organic substance. Wiping the skin with 120 g/ L triamine chloride glycine solution for 3 min removed over 90% in average of the natural bacteria on skin. After storing in 54℃ incubator for 14 days, its triamine chloride glycine content decreased by 6.50%. Its mouse oral LD50 was >5 000 mg/ kg (body weight) and the average skin irritation score was 0. Its mouse accumulation coefficient K was >5. The results indicate that this compound disinfectant has good efficacy in killing vegetative forms of bacteria and yeasts, good stability and weak cumulative toxicity, and is actually non-toxic and nonirritative to skin, so it can be used for disinfection of skin and mucous membrane.
