摘要 为观察SARS病毒在冷藏和自然温度下的稳定性以及灭活SARS病毒的有效温度,将SARS病毒培养的上清液(106TCID50)分装到10 ml离心管中,放置在4℃冰箱、室温(24.5℃)、37℃、56℃和70℃水浴中,间隔一定时间以后取样0.5 ml,接种Vero-E6细胞.结果,SARS病毒在冷藏和室温条件下十分稳定,冷藏(4℃)放置10 d,滴度只下降大约2个log,室温放置5 d,滴度下降大约4个log,仍然保持较高的感染性.加热时SARS病毒的滴度迅速下降,56℃加热30 min、70℃加热15 min检测不出有活病毒.结论,SARS病毒在冷藏和自然温度下十分稳定,加热是灭活SARS病毒简单有效的方法. Objective: To evaluate the sensitivity of SARS virus to different temperatures. Methods: The supernatant of cell culture of the virus was put in 4℃ refrigerator, room temperature (24.5 ℃), waterbath of 37℃ , 56℃ and 70℃ . Samples were taken at definite time points and inoculated in Vero-E6 cells. The cytopathic effect (CPE) was observed and recorded after 4 days. Results: SARS virus was very stable at 4℃ and room temperature. It was infectious at least for 10 days at 4℃. Its titer decreased from 7.5 TCID50 to 3.2 TCID50 within 5 days at room temperature. The virus was sensitive to heating. After staying at 37℃ for 4 days, 56℃ for 30 minutes and 70℃ for 15 minutes, the virus lost its infectivity. Conclusions: SARS virus is very sensitive to high temperature. Heating is an effective method to inactive the virus.
