八种消毒剂对埃尔托弧菌杀灭效果及应用研究 被引量:2

EFFICACY OF EIGHT KINDS OF DISINFECTANTS IN KILLING VIBRIO CHOLERA BIOTYPE ELTOR AND APPLIED RESEARCH

摘要 为了解8种消毒剂杀灭埃尔托(Eltor)弧菌效果和指导消毒实践,采用能量试验和模拟现场试验,对8种消毒剂进行了实验室观察。结果,能量试验测出各种消毒剂最低有效杀菌浓度分别为:复方消毒剂溶液体积分数37.5%、新洁灵300mg/L、次氯酸钠和次氯酸钙有效氯均为200mg/L、过氧乙酸100mg/L、碘伏有效碘100mg/L。模拟现场试验结果,完全杀灭泥土载体中埃尔托弧菌所需各种消毒剂剂量分别为:TC101有效氯300mg/L作用3min、消洗灵有效氯600mg/L作用5min、次氯酸钠有效氯500mg/L作用5min、过氧乙酸300mg/L作用1min;完全杀灭田土载体中埃尔托弧菌所需各种消毒剂剂量均高于泥土中所需剂量;使用次氯酸钠杀灭河水中埃尔托弧菌需用有效氯20mg/L作用60min;完全杀灭医院污水中埃尔托弧菌需用次氯酸钠有效氯100mg/L作用60min。 In order to know the efficacy of 8 kinds of disinfectants in killing Vibrio cholera biotype Eltor and to guide the disinfectant practice, the 8 kinds of disinfectants were observed in laboratory using capacity test and simulated on-the-spot test. The results showed that the minimal effective germicidal concentrations of different disinfectants measured by capacity test were 37.5% by volume for compound disinfectant solution, 300 mg / L for Xin-Jie-Ling, 200 mg / L available chlorine for both sodium hypochlorite and calcium hypochlorite, 100 mg/ L for peracetic acid and 100 mg/ L available iodine for iodophor. In the simulated on-the-spot test, the dosages of different disinfectants required for completely killing Vibio cholera biotype Eltor in soil carrier were 300 mg/ L available chlorine with a 3 min contact time for TC101, 600 mg/ L available chlorine with a 5 min contact time for Xiao-Xi-Ling. 500 mg / L available chlorine with a 5 min contact time for sodium hypochlorite and 300 mg/ L with a 1 min contact time for peracetic acid. The dosages of different disinfectants required for completely killing V. cholera biotype Eltor in farmland soil carrier were higher than those required for killing the organism in soil carrier. The dosage of sodium hypochlorite required for killing V. cholera biotype Eltor in river water was 20 mg/ L available chlorine with a 60 min contact time and that for completely killing V. cholera biotype Eltor in hospital sewage was 100 mg / L available chlorine with a 60 min contact time.
