摘要
为观察不同存放条件对瓶装酸性氧化电位水理化性能及杀菌效果的影响,在实验室用仪器法和定量杀菌试验法进行了实验。结果,在54℃存放14d的酸性氧化电位水出现氧化还原电位下降、pH值升高;对金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭99.9%以上所需时间,载体定量法由贮存前的5min增加到10min,悬液定量法由0.5min增加至1min。结果显示,酸性氧化电位水经不同条件下贮存,对其理化性能和杀菌效果均有影响。
In order to observe the influence of different storing conditions on physicochemical properties and germicidal efficacy of electrolized oxidizing water (EOW) packed in bottle, experiment was carried out in laboratory using instrument method and quantitative germicidal test. The results showed that after storing at 54℃ for 14 days, the EOW exhibited decrease in oxidation-reduction potential (ORP), increase in pH value and increase in time required for killing over 99.9% of Staphylococcus aureus from 5 min before storing to 10 min measured by carrier quantitative method and from 0.5 min before storing to 1 min measured by suspension quantitative method. The results indicate that storing at different conditions has influence on both physicochemical properties and germicidal efficacy of EOW.
