苍术烟熏对空气消毒效果的观察

OBSERVATION ON EFFICACY OF FUMIGATION WITH RHIZOMA ATRACTYLODIS IN DISINFECTION OF AIR

为观察苍术烟熏法对空气消毒效果,用平板沉降法进行了检测。结果表明,按1g/m^3苍术烟剂作用30min,对空气中自然菌有显著杀灭作用,除菌率达93％以上。使用方便,对人刺激性小,适宜人群流动频繁、病人不宜移动的病房及其他有人的场所消毒。

In order to observe the efficay of fumigation with Rhizoma Atractylodis in disinfection of air, plate sedimentation method was used for examination. The results indicated that fumigation with Rhizoma Atractylodis 1 g/ m3 for 30 min had obvious killing effect on natural bacteria in air, with a bacteria-removing rate higher than 93%. It is convenient for use, little irritative to man and suitable for disinfection of the ward, on which there are frequent traffic and the patients unsuitable to be moved, and other occupied places.
