摘要
用紫外分光光度法对消毒液中醋酸氯己定含量进行了测定。结果,于252nm波长,1cm光程处有特征吸收峰;醋酸氯己定含量在0~30μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9999,最低检出限为1.5μg/ml。对两种复方消毒剂中氯己定含量进行重复测定,相对标准偏差为3.2%。在消毒液中加入高、中、低三个加标浓度,其回收率在91.2~107.0%范围之内,相对误差1.83%。该法简易,灵敏,快速,准确,无毒无污染,是一种值得推荐的好方法。
Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to measure chlorhexidine acetate content in disinfectant solution. The results showed that there was characteristic absorption peak at 252 nm wavelength and 1 cm light path. There was good linear relation within chlorhexidine acetate content range of 0- 30 μg / ml, the correlation coefficient r=0.9999 and the minimal detectable limit was 1.5 μg/ ml. Repeated measurement of chlorhexidine content in 2 kinds of compound disinfectants showed that the relative standard deviation was 3.2%. After adding 3 indexed concentrations, i. e. high, medium and low, the recovery rate was within the range of 91.2%-107.0% and the relative error was 1.83%. This method is simple, sensitive, rapid, accurate and has no toxic contamination, so it is a good method worthy to be recommended.
