戊二醛消毒剂对局部组织损害的实验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF INJURIOUS EFFECT OF GLUTARALDEHYDE ON LOCAL TISSUES

为了解不同浓度成二醛消毒剂对局部组织损害情况,采用动物臀部肌肉注射不同浓度成二醛的方法,对局部反应和病理改变进行了试验观察。结果,含成二醛20000mg/L组局部出现明显炎性反应或较大面积组织坏死,有1只动物出现肢体瘫痪;10000mg/L浓度组动物亦出现局部炎性反应,个别动物后肢体肌力减退;5000～312mg/L等浓度组动物可见到局部炎性反应,随浓度降低,炎性反应逐渐减轻;156、78、39mg/L等浓度组局部变化同蒸馏水对照组无明显差异。结果显示,含20000mg/L戊二醛水溶液1ml肌肉注射1次,可以造成局部坏死甚至可致肢体机能障碍;含量在10000mg/L～312mg/L,可造成不同程度局部组织损害;156mg/L以下浓度与蒸馏水组无差别。

In order to know the injurious effects of glutaraldehyde disinfectant at different concentrations on local tissues, the local reaction and pathological changes after injection of glutaraldehyde at different concentrations to the gluteal muscle of the animals were observed experimentally. The results showed that in the glutaraldehyde 20 000 mg / L group, apparent inflammatory reaction or large area of tissue necrosis appeared at the injection site and 1 animal showed paralysis of the limb. Local inflammatory reaction also appeared and a few animals showed decreased muscular strength of the hind limb in 10 000 mg/ L group. The animals of the groups injected with 5 000-312 mg/ L concentrations were found to have local inflammatory reaction which was alleviated gradually with decreasing concentration. The local changes in 156, 78 and 39 mg/ L groups showed no significant difference as compared with the distilled water control group. The results suggest that one intramuscular injection of 20 000 mg/ L glutaraldehyde water solution 1 ml can cause local necrosis even dysfunction of the limb, 10 000 mg / L- 312 mg / L can cause local tissue injury to various degrees and concentrations lower than 156 mg/ L has no difference as compared with distilled water group.
