摘要
为了解含二氧化氯的强力杀菌消毒剂杀灭微生物的效果,在实验室用悬液定量杀菌试验对其进行了观察。结果,用含50mg/L二氧化氯的强力杀菌消毒剂溶液对大肠杆菌作用5min、对金黄色葡萄球菌作用10min、对白色念珠菌作用15min,用含300mg/K二氧化氯的消毒剂溶液对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用20min,杀菌率均为100%。另外,用含2500mg/L二氧化氯的强力杀菌消毒剂,按6ml/m^3喷雾作用15min,室内空气自然菌比对照组减少94.41%。
In order to know the germicidal efficacy of Qiangli Disinfectant containing chlorine dioxide, suspension quantitative germicidal test was carried out in laboratory. The results showed that the killing rate of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans exposed to the disinfectant solution containing chlorine dioxide 50 mg / L for 5 min, 10 min and 15 min respectively and spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger exposed to the disinfectant solution containing chlorine dioxide 300 mg/ L for 20 min was 100%. In addition, atomizing Qiangli Disinfectant solution containing chlorine dioxide 2 500 mg/ L for 15 min at a dosage of 6 ml/ m3 resulted in decrease in natural bacteria of indoor air by 94.41% as compared with the control.
