摘要
选用激素、品种、湿度、不同枝段抽穗基质、切口形状6个因素,2个水平,经L8(27)正交设计,结果表明:影响欧榛扦插多因子中,激素对扦插生根影响最大,依次为品种、基质、不同枝段、湿度和切口形状。其中100mg/L浓度萘已酸处理的穗条生根率最高,达60%;珍珠岩∶腐殖质∶红土为1∶1∶1的基质有利于欧榛扦插生根;以生长健壮,芽体饱满的枝条中部作穗条,扦插生根较好。
The factors influenced the cutting of Corylus avellana were studied by conducting experiments on six factors including hormone treatment, variety, humidity, cuttings, medium and cut shape. The experiment was designed as six factors and two levels, and orthogonal design was adopted. The experimental results showed that among the tested factors, hormone treatment had the most significant effect on rooting of cuttings, next came variety, medium, cutting, humidity and cut shape. Treated cuttings with 100 mg/L of naphthalene acetic acid could achieve the highest rooting percentage of 60 %. The medium preparation of perlite, humus and red soil of 1∶1∶1was favorable for rooting of Corylus avellana cutting. Using the cuttings from the medium part of vigorous and healthy shoots was important for promising rooting.
