撑绿杂交竹快繁育苗体系研究

Research on Rapid Seedling Cultivation System of Bambusa pervariabilis×Dendrocalamopsis oldhami

撑绿杂交竹是广西柳州林科所通过杂交选育的一个优良新种。它的快繁育苗体系包括切口带兜埋秆育苗、埋杆(埋多节)育苗、埋节(埋单节或双节)育苗、主枝次生枝扦插育苗、侧枝扦插和组织培养育苗等几个重要组成部分。通过几年在四川引种试验研究,现已圆满完成并获得成功。

Bambusa pervariabilis×Dendrocalamopsis oldhami was a new excellent variety by hybridization in Liuzhou Forestry Science lnstitute in Guangxi province.lts rapid seedling cultivation system was composed of several important parts,such as seedling cultivation by heeling in stem with cut,seedling cultivation by heeling in stem,seedling cultivation by heeling in knot and so on.This task had been completed successfully after several years of experimental researches.
