摘要 讨论转基因食品安全性评价中的一些热点话题 :现代生物技术与传统育种比较 ,整体食物的动物毒性实验 ,实质等同性原则及其局限性 ,食品成分安全性评价 ,食品成分的预料外改变 ,抗生素抗性标记基因 ,过敏性问题 ,标签问题等。 Some interesting topics around substantial equivalence principle and safety evaluation of GM food were discussed. These topics are: Comparison of classical and modern biotechnology; Toxicological studies on whole food in animal feeding studies; Principle of substantial equivalence and its limitations; Safety evaluation of food components; Unexpected changes in food composition; Antibiotic resistance marker genes; Allergenicity evaluation; and Regulations for labeling of GM foods.
