摘要
先后使用紫外与 5 FU复合处理及Nd∶YAG倍频脉冲激光辐照等方法对D 苯丙氨酸产生菌PseudomonasputidaJS 0 1进行诱变 ,筛选到一株稳定高产的D 苯丙氨酸产生菌 10 0 3。对底物 5 苄基海因的转化率由 5 5 .3%上升到 85 .5 % ,提高率为 5 4.6 %。
After the D Phenylalanine producing strain Pseudomonas putida JS 01 was mutagenized by ultraviolet ray+5 fluorouracil and Nd:YAG laser, a high yielding mutant 1003 was obtained. 85.5% substrate could be transformed to the product, which was 54.6% higher than that of the original strain. The transformation could keep steady at a higher substrate concentration.
