试论邓小平教育优先发展思想的实践原则

On practice principle of DENG Xiao-ping's theory about the priority development of the education

在建设有中国特色社会主义的伟大实践中,邓小平提出了教育优先发展的战略思想。贯彻落实这一思想必须以"三个代表"为科学指南、以"三个面向"为战略方向、以"科学技术是第一生产力"为主要导向。

DENG Xiao-ping suggest the theory of prior to development of education in great practice of constructing Chinese specialty socialism. To fulfill the theory ,we must take 'Three representative' as scientific guide; take 'three face'as strategic direction; take 'science and technology is the first productive forces' as the main leading.
