摘要
加入WTO后,为了积极应对全球激烈的竞争和挑战,我国需要按照入世时的承诺,针对外贸代理制的现状及其存在的问题,尽快修改并完善我国外贸代理制的法律制度,以规范外贸代理行为,尽快与WTO规则接轨。
After entering WTO, in order to meet the fiercely global competition and challenge actively, our country needs to keep its promises, faces the present states and problems in a correct attitude, revises and perfects the legal system of foreign agent system in order to regulate foreign agent behaviors and be in accordance with WTO regulations.
