摘要
"二战"以后,世界高等教育经历了数量增长、整体协调发展,一直到今天以追求可持续发展为主要发展模式的阶段,并且高等教育发展过程始终具有数量增长的导向性表征。高等教育发展是由多种因素形成的"结构"动力推动的进程,多种"力"的强弱结构不同,决定了各国高等教育不同的发展模式和发展道路。当前,关键是必须通过改革,建立有效的运行机制和制度规范,把高等教育发展的"潜在需求"转化为发展的直接动力。
After the second World War, higher education has undergone from quantity increasing, overall harmonious development to sustained development, which is characterized with quantity expanding in the process of higher education development. The development of higher education is a process prodded by the 'structural' impetus, which determine the difference of the model and road in different country. In order to turn potential demands into direct impetus of the development of higher education, nowadays, the crux is to establish effective mechanism and institution through reform.
