摘要 在稀硝酸介质中,邻菲咯啉存在下,微量F^-对H_2O_2氧化甲基红的褪色反应有显著的阻抑作用,据此建立了测定微量氟的阻抑动力学光度分析法.方法的线性范围是0.5~5.0 μg/mL,检测限为3.8×10^(-2)μg/mL. An inhibitory kinetic spectrophotometric method was proposed for the determination of trace fluoride. The method was based on the inhibitory effect of fluoride on the oxidation of methyl red with H2O2 enhanced by phenanthroline as an activitor in the mitric acid medium. The linear range of the determination is 0. 5-5. 0 ug/mL and the detection limit is 3. 8X 10-2ug/mL. This method was used to determine fluoride in the toothpast and water.
