摘要
合成了七配位二聚体{(PhCH_2)_2Sn[2,6-(O_2C)_2C_5H_3N](CH_3OH)}_2通过无素分析、红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对其结构进行了表征,用X-射线单晶衍射测定了该化合物的晶体结构,化合物中两个锡原子呈七配位畸变五角双锥构型。
A novel seven-coordinate dimer {(PhCH2)2Sn [2, 6-(O2C)2C5H3N] (CH3OH)}2 was synthesized by the reaction of (PhCH2)3SnCl with 2,6-pyridine dicarboxylic acid in 1:1 molar ration in methanol with Et3N. The structure of the dimmer was characterized by elemental analysis, IR/H NMR, and X-ray single crystal diffraction. In the crystals of complex,the tin atoms rendered seven-coordinate in a distorted pengonal bipyramidal structure. The complex was tested in vitro against human tumour cell lines,MCF-7 and WiDr,and displayed the higher activity.
