阻抑动力学光度法测定痕量草酸

摘要 在稀盐酸介质中,痕量草酸对KIO_4氧化玫瑰桃红R的褪色反应有显著的阻抑作用,据此建立了阻抑动力学光度分析测定草酸的新方法,方法的线性范围是0.008~0.500μg/mL,检测限为0.004μg/mL,用于菠菜和尿样中草酸含量的测定。 An inhibitory kinetic spectrophotometric method was proposed for the determination of trace oxalic acid. The method was based on the inhibitory effect of oxalic acid on the oxidation of acid bordeaux by KIO4 in HC1 medium. The linear range of the determination is 0. 008-0. 50 μg/mL and the detection limit is 0. 004 μg/mL. The results were satisfactory for the determination of oxalic acid in the urine and spinach with the present method.
