摘要
介绍了SDRAM的结构和控制时序特点 ,以及基于FPGA的SDRAM控制器设计的关键技术 ,并引入仲裁机制 ,从而实现了快速高效地控制SDRAM。
In this article, the structure and control sequence characteristics of SDRAM are described, and the critical techniques in the design of SDARM controller based on FPGA are introduced. In order to control the SDRAM more effectively, the arbitration mechanism is adopted in the design.
