摘要
介绍了一种使用新型内调制光电探测器作为探测单元的高精度微光探测系统 ,利用单片机对系统的模拟信号进行数据采集并处理 ,极大地改善了内调制微光探测系统的非线性和温度漂移特性 ,避免了常规硬件补偿的弊端 。
A high precision system for palelight detecting has been introduced in this paper, the detecting unit of which is a new intramodulated photodector. The chip microcomputers are used to collect and process the analog signals of the system, so its measuring precision and specific characteristics of nonlinearity and temperature are improved ,avoiding the disadvantage of compensation with conventional hardware.
