浅谈住宅小区环境设计的几个问题

现代住宅小区的室外环境设计应确定“以人为本,回归自然”的理念,力求做到空间组合合理、美观实用、功能齐全、环境优雅,最大程度地满足居民娱乐,休息、交往等方面的精神需求.着重阐述了小区的环境空间组合,应考虑居民的心理要求,娱乐休息空间及邻里交往空间等.

With the improvement of life level, people not only pay much attention to interior space layout but also attach more importance to the design of exterior environment, which should regard back to nature as its central idea, trying to achieve the goals of rational combination of space, beautiful appearance, practical service, so as to satisfy the mental requirements of residents on entertainment, rest and social activities to the greatest extert. In this paper, the writer mainly elaborates that the mental requirements of the residents, the space of entertainment and rest as well as association in neighborhood should be taken into account for space combination of environmental design of modern housing district.
