Comparison of two methods for Calcium determination in feeds

用EDTA滴定法和KMnO4滴定法测定饲料中的钙含量,并进行结果比较,结果表明:两种方法的精度都非常高,变异系数都低于1.95%,EDTA法回收率为99.43-99.99%,KMnO4法回收率为99.23-99.98%。因此EDTA法可用于饲料生产过程中钙含量的测定。

Two methods have been compared for determination of Calcium in various feeds,which were KMnO4 and EDTA titration analysis.The result illustrated that the standard deviations of two methods were all below 1.95% and that the recovery rates were 99.43-99.99% and 99.23-99.98% respectively for EDTA and KMnO4 titration analysis.The experiment proved that the EDTA titration analysis,the fast method of determination of Calcium,can be used in most of feeds.
