斯贝发动机用40Cr3MoVA钢的试制研究

摘要 研究了斯贝发动机用钢40Cr3MoVA的冶炼工艺、热加工工艺和不同热处理制度对钢材机械 性能和组织的影响。结果表明:真空感应炉加电渣冶炼的40Cr3MoVA钢组织均匀,纯洁度 高,性能优良;淬火温度对材料的力学性能影响不大;同回火时间相比回火温度对力学性能 的作用显著。 After Researching on Steel 40Cr3MoVA in a specific way such as heat processing, heat treatment, and their influence on the quality and structure of the steel, we conclude that steel 40Cr3MoVA melted in Vacuum response stove is well - distributed, well - purified and well - functioned, that quench temperature has little influence on mechanical qualities of materials,and that back- fire time is more influential to mechanical qualities than backfire temperature.
