物业管理公司应加强服务意识,正确处理服务与管理的关系。真正认识到物业管理的本质应体现在优质的服务;服务的本质是“以人为本”,需要建设“天人合一”的居住区,提供“以人为本”的人性化的服务,营造优美的“人文”居住环境,从而实现公司的可持续发展。
Property management company shall emphasize service sense and deal with the relation between service and management rightly. The service essence of property management is embodied by its quality. Service shall take human as of basis service. Company shall build residential area of high coordination between human and nature, and provide service humanlist, and build exquisite human culture living environment, then realize continuous development.
