“雅”与“怨”是《诗品》中诗学理论的重要组成部分，分别代表了钟嵘诗学理论的两极。对这两个美学概念的认识，是了解这部著作理论体系的最直接的方式。试图从作者、社会之间的关系及五言诗的发展情形来说明：雅与怨的标准的提出和完善，是诗的形式走向雅化的关键条件。

Elegance and Grievance, two main components of poetical theories, here stand for Zhongrong's extreme views on poetry respectively. The cognition of these two aesthetical conceptions is the most direct way to the understanding of the theoretical system in the work of Appreciation of Poetry. The writer of this article makes an effort here to illustrate, as far as the social relationship and the tendency in the development of the five-character poetry, the fact that the advance and perfection of the standard between 'Elegance' and 'Complaint' is the key to the refinement of the styles of poetry.
