摘要
本文从地方品种鸡在优质禽产品生产中的地位和作用出发,探讨了在地方品种鸡的保种、选育、配合力测定、杂交利用等方面的一系列问题,提出了如何进行地方优良品种禽类的开发利用,以期对家禽生产有所帮助。
This paper first explains the status and significance of local variety chicken in producing quality poultry product, then probes into a series of questions such as the maintenance and selection of breeds, test of compatibility and crossbreeding utilization,and suggests some ways in exploiting local poultry varieties with a view to helping poultry production.
