摘要
本文通过对凉山州退耕还林工程实施五年来的现状及存在的主要问题进行调查研究,提出凉山州退耕还林工程的主要对策:政策、科技、管理三并举;重视退耕还林与综合治理的协调发展;重视树种选择,提高退耕还林工程建设质量。
Based on the investigation into the present condition and problems in carrying out the Turn Farmlands into Forests project during the past five years in Liangshan, the paper brings forth some solutions such as putting equal, emphasis on policy, technology and management; stressing the harmonious development of Turn Farmlands into Forests project and comprehensive harnessing; selecting the fight tree seedlings and improving the quality of the project construction.
